1, 2, 3 Magic is a book that I use when the girls aren't behaving their best. It works GREAT, as long as Mommy and Daddy keep up with it! As long as we count when they aren't behaving, it's awesome. Sometimes Mommy slacks off and then wehave to start all over, which is what we had to do a couple of weeks ago.
Well, according to the book, it may backfire and the kids will start counting you. All you have to do is count them back, and then if they get to 3, it's time out.
There is NO chapter in the book for what has been going on at our house! Meredith has started using counting to get what she wants. It works on Daddy, not so much on Mommy. She came downstairs one morning last weekend, plopped on the couch with Daddy and said, "1, you get me a bottle. 2, you put on Disney Junior."
Awesome.

Eric and I have been married for 8 years and we have 2 beautiful, wonderful, crazy daughters - Melanie, who is 6, and Meredith, who is 4. Eric works hard to give us everything we need and want, and because of that, I have been able to stay home and raise our girls the last few years. With both the girls in school now, I was able to start teaching preschool part time, so I get to be Mommy and work a little bit....it's incredible! We love Georgia football, going to the beach, reading, and most of all, being together!
