We sold my Mustang....

Well, my first "baby" is now officially gone. We sold the Mustang on May 11th. We had it for 12 years, which everyone knows is a record in the Wesley family. The guy we sold it to said that he would take good care of it for me, so that made me feel a little better. I'm just glad someone will be driving it now instead of it sitting in our driveway. Melanie was the most upset because she wanted to drive the horsey car when she got her license. She has since decided that Daddy can get her a pink horsey car, and I can get her an iPod. I let the girls play in the car one last time before we handed over the keys, and I will post the pictures here. We had a lot of good times in the Mustang, that's where Eric and I had our first kiss, lots and lots of road trips to Charleston, Chicago, Savannah, Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Washington D.C., Jekyll Island, Hilton Head, and the list goes on and on, driving back and forth between Athens and Statesboro and then Athens and Alpharetta when I came back home...the Mustang was a big part of our life, and now it's time for it to be a part of someone else's.....I hope the guy who bought it has as much fun with it as we did!
