It's been awhile.....

Well, I just got on here to write about Melanie's first day of school and realized that I have not posted anything since the end of June! What a crazy summer! We spent most of our time at the pool, and in July we, of course, had Meredith's half Cars, half Tangled birthday, a surprise visit from Aunt Anne and Uncle Jim, a girls' trip to Savannah and Tybee Island, and then a Mommy and Daddy get away to San Juan, Puerto Rico, which was AMAZING!!!! Eric and I also finally became an uncle and aunt and Melanie and Meredith got their first first cousin when Mary and Jake had Addie Virginia on August 1st. It was a super busy, yet super fun summer, and I am really looking forward to what fall has to bring this year!
